Vocationally qualified after starting on the reception desk as a school leaver from grammar school.

The very first day on the front desk — the beginning of everything.
Academic record
Lecturer for ABDO College of Education and former Acting Programme Director / Academic Link Tutor at Canterbury Christ Church University. Chaired joint university–ABDO meetings and oversaw ratification of student marks.
